U.S. Department of State TechGirls Program 2025 (Fully-funded to the U.S.)

TechGirls is a U.S.-based summer exchange program designed to empower and support young women (ages 15-17) to pursue higher education and careers in STEM. The program includes a 23-day U.S. experience with a tech camp, a city immersion, and a seven-month mentorship after returning home. The program covers travel, housing, meals, visas, and other costs for selected participants.

Comprehensive travel and living costs covered; participation in a U.S.-based tech camp, city immersion activities, and seven months of mentoring after returning home; opportunity to pursue STEM education and careers.

Applicants are high-school aged girls (15-17 at the start of the exchange) who are citizens and residents of eligible countries, with demonstrated interest in STEM and English proficiency.

Application opens October 15, 2024 and closes December 6, 2024; visit the program site to apply via the designated application portal.
