NATO's Young Professionals Programme aims to attract and develop highly talented professionals who are interested in accelerating their career through entry-level positions at NATO. Successful candidates will be assigned to different NATO bodies for one-year periods, across three NATO bodies over three years, with potential for appointment after completion. The program offers a competitive salary and benefits including health insurance, relocation travel reimbursement, training opportunities, and paid annual leave.

Eligibility
Applicants should be 21+, a citizen of a NATO member country, with at least one year of professional experience, a master’s degree or equivalent, and proficiency in English or French (knowledge of a second language is an asset).
