Information

The Goethe-Institut CSO Training Programme 2024 invites Civil Society Organisations in Sub-Saharan Africa to bid for a service agreement to design and implement training programmes for young women and to organize a small-scale public event. The project is part of the African Feminisms – Rights, Representation, Resources initiative and is implemented with partners in Nigeria, Rwanda and South Africa, funded by the German Federal Foreign Office. Training should address feminist practices in at least one of several thematic areas including rights, representation, resources, and related topics.

Benefits

Funding support up to 20,000 EUR per CSO over 18 months; capacity-building and project implementation support through a service agreement

Eligibility

Open to registered Civil Society Organisations in Sub-Saharan Africa; at least two years of proven work experience in gender-justice, equality and feminism-themed work; track record of designing and implementing capacity-building programmes for young women; proven project management and budget monitoring abilities.
