About this opportunity
The Miles-Mulcahy Gender Equality Fellows Program 2025 is a fellowship where the fellow joins Save the Children U.S. Gender Equality & Social Justice team to develop self-paced learning modules complementing the Gender Equality Certificate Program. The GECP is a one-year program for Save the Children staff to develop skills and knowledge to advance gender equality across the organization's work. The fellow’s responsibilities include reviewing existing materials, curating new learning modules on priority topics, and supporting updates to program materials and strategy.

Eligibility
Applicants should be currently enrolled or have graduated from a master’s degree program in international development, gender studies, social science, or related field, with a strong interest in gender equality and child rights issues.
