Summer 2027 People & Experience Intern

The Summer 2027 People & Experience Intern is a paid, temporary role embedded within Elevance Health's enterprise Human Resources organization. Interns are placed on core HR teams and contribute to areas such as organization effectiveness, workforce planning, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, HR technology and analytics. The internship runs from 17 May to 6 August 2027 and includes mentorship, bi-weekly knowledge shares, and hands-on project experience using HR and analytics tools.

Hourly pay ($17.20–$31.94/hr for listed locations), hands-on HR experience, project work across HR functions, bi-weekly knowledge shares and mentorship sessions with HR leaders and peers.

Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Psychology, Organizational Development, Public Health, or a related discipline at an accredited college or university; ability to work in a hybrid environment in Indianapolis, IN or Norfolk, VA for the duration of the internship.
