MILYON Excellence Scholarships for Master's in Mathematics and Computer Science

The MILYON Excellence Scholarships are awarded to outstanding international students admitted to a Master's programme in mathematics or computer science supported by the LabEx MILYON. The scholarship provides a monthly living allowance and access to the research environment of the member institutions of the University of Lyon and Saint-Étienne. Awards are based on academic excellence and require sufficient proficiency in the language of instruction. The scholarship may be renewed for a second year subject to a review of the student's academic record.

Monthly allowance of €1,000 net for 10 months per year (total €10,000/year); possible renewal for a second year; access to research environment of LabEx MILYON member institutions.

Outstanding international students admitted to one of the Master's programmes supported by LabEx MILYON, demonstrating excellent academic records and sufficient proficiency in French or English depending on the programme.

Annual call opens in October; submit a complete application dossier (application form, transcripts, recommendation letters, CV, motivation letter, language proof) before the January deadline; files reviewed by LabEx MILYON scientific committee; results announced in February.
