HSE University Scholarship

The HSE University Scholarship is a set of funded opportunities offered by National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE University) for international students pursuing bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral studies. It includes full 100% tuition waivers with housing and, for government quota recipients, a monthly stipend, plus partial discounts up to 75% of tuition. The program comprises multiple tracks: the HSE International Olympiad for undergraduate admission, a Portfolio-based Master’s path, and the Russian Government Quota for funded study across Bachelor, Master, and PhD levels.
