MASDAR Youth 4 Sustainability Programs offers long-form programs for youth to develop sustainability leadership. It comprises two pathways: the Future Sustainability Leaders program for university students and young professionals, and the Sustainability Ambassadors program for high school students. The programs include knowledge training, authentic work experience, and networking at major events during the academic year, with activities linked to Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week.
