Partner Capacity Building Coordinator

Compassion International is advertising a full-time remote position for a Partner Capacity Building Coordinator. The role focuses on strengthening partner organisations’ systems, capabilities and readiness to manage donor-funded awards, with responsibilities spanning capacity assessments, coaching, technical assistance, training coordination and monitoring progress. The position is funded by a grant for one year and is open to candidates based in the United States or Latin America.

Remote work arrangement; potential travel up to 30% of the time.
