Research Scientist, Philosophy and Human Values

The Research Scientist, Philosophy and Human Values role is a research position at Google DeepMind in London that investigates the philosophical, ethical and societal implications of artificial general intelligence (AGI) with a focus on aligning advanced AI systems with human values. The role involves leading interdisciplinary research on how AGI could influence various aspects of society and developing evaluation frameworks to support responsible AI development.
