PMI-MN Scholarship

The PMI-MN Scholarship is an annual $2,500 award administered by the PMI-MN Outreach Committee for individuals pursuing education in project management. The scholarship supports applicants who have applied to or are enrolled in an accredited degree, certificate, or continuing education program in the project management field. Selection considers academic achievement, co-curricular activities, volunteer experience, community service, and demonstrated commitment to project management. Preference is given to applicants pursuing a degree in project management and active engagement with PMI-MN may be favorably considered.

$2,500 cash scholarship awarded to one individual annually

Must be at least 18 years old; must have applied and been accepted to or currently be enrolled in an accredited degree, certificate, or continuing education program in the project management field; must be a PMI-MN member in good standing or be sponsored by a PMI-MN member in good standing; applicants who are not PMI-MN members must reside in Minnesota, Wisconsin, or North Dakota; must not have previously received a PMI-MN scholarship; must demonstrate enthusiasm for and a strong interest in project management.

Complete the PMI-MN Scholarship application, provide a transcript or CV, obtain a sponsor letter if not a PMI-MN member, submit up to three letters of recommendation and any supporting documentation; submit all materials electronically by November 30th.
