People and Performance Internship 2026

The People and Performance Internship is a six-month placement in human resources and administrative functions in Kampala, Uganda. It offers practical exposure to HR processes such as recruitment, employee records management, performance management and organisational development, with a monthly stipend provided to the intern. The role is designed for final-year students, recent graduates or candidates awaiting graduation in related disciplines.

Monthly stipend of UGX 700,000; 12 days of annual leave during the six-month period, in addition to public holidays and birthday leave; potential travel and accommodation logistics support as described by the employer.

Open to final-year students, recent graduates and individuals awaiting graduation in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial and Organisational Psychology, Public Administration or related disciplines.
