UNFPA WCARO Youth, Peace, and Security (YPS) Consultant Roster 2026

The UNFPA WCARO YPS Consultant Roster 2026 aims to establish a pool of pre-qualified regional consultants who can provide specialized technical expertise in peacebuilding, youth empowerment, humanitarian response, governance, and development across West and Central Africa. Inclusion on the roster may lead to short-term or long-term consultancy assignments with UNFPA at the regional or country office level. Applicants are expected to have substantial professional experience and education in relevant fields and to meet language and other requirements.

Participation in the roster may enable eligibility for future short-term or long-term consultancy assignments with UNFPA; specific terms are determined per assignment.

Minimum five years of relevant professional experience and an advanced university degree (master’s or PhD) in a relevant field; fluency in English with working knowledge of French required for most assignments.
