SOWI Faculty Funding Scholarship (Förderungsstipendium), University of Graz

The SOWI Faculty Funding Scholarship (Förderungsstipendium) at the University of Graz provides financial support to regular students of the Faculty of Social and Economic Sciences who are writing a bachelor, master or doctoral thesis. The scholarship is intended to cover exceptional research-related costs such as research stays abroad, extensive documentary research and empirical study expenses. Awards are made by the dean's office after evaluation of justified costs presented by applicants.

Monetary award of between €750 and €3,600 per year; coverage of research stay costs, documentary research expenses and empirical data-collection costs.

Regular students enrolled at the Faculty of Social and Economic Sciences (SOWI), University of Graz, who are working on a bachelor, master or doctoral thesis and can demonstrate specific, justified research costs are eligible to apply.

Respond to calls published in the University of Graz Official Journal; submit a completed application form, project description, detailed cost justifications and proof of student status to the SOWI dean's office for review.
