Choral and Organ Scholarships (Swansea University)

The Choral and Organ Scholarships are awards offered jointly by Swansea University, Swansea Minster (St Mary's) and the Swansea St Mary's Choral Trust to support talented student musicians. The scholarships support the artistic and technical development of students participating in choral singing or organ performance while they pursue full-time academic study. Recipients receive an annual cash allocation and additional funding earmarked for music lessons paid directly to the teacher.

£1,000 annual allowance and £570 for music lessons paid to the teacher; access to a musical environment at Swansea Minster and university musical activities.

Applicants must be enrolled as full-time students at Swansea University and be following a bachelor, master or doctoral programme of at least one academic year. Candidates must demonstrate advanced musical ability in choral singing or organ performance.
