CivicAction DiverseCity Fellows Program 2025

The CivicAction DiverseCity Fellows Program is a free, year-long fellowship for civic-minded leaders from diverse communities in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. It provides leadership development, coaching, mentorship, and cross-sector collaboration opportunities, with the aim of building inclusive city leadership and expanding the Fellows’ professional networks.

Curated knowledge-building sessions, leadership skills development, one-on-one coaching, personalized leadership development plan, mentorship from diverse leaders, and access to an alumni network.

Open to civic-minded leaders in the early-to-mid stages of their careers from across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area, especially those from underrepresented communities.
