IHE Delft Young Water Diplomats Programme 2025

The IHE Delft Young Water Diplomats Programme 2025 is a six-month training initiative designed to deepen interdisciplinary understanding of transboundary water challenges and promote tools for water cooperation and diplomacy. It combines online learning with two in-person workshops in New Delhi and Delft, and includes lectures, webinars, and group work intended for emerging professionals in water-related fields.

Tuition coverage (for selected participants), round-trip air tickets to New Delhi and Amsterdam, accommodation, visa fee coverage, local transportation, and daily subsistence allowances for the in-person workshops.

Applicants should hold at least a bachelor degree and be at an early stage of their career, with strong English and experience in international relations, diplomacy, or related fields; priority to those under 40 years old.

Prepare and submit a motivation statement, bachelor diploma and transcript, CV, and copy of identity document.
