East-West Center Advanced Leadership Program 2027

The East-West Center Advanced Leadership Program is a funded fellowship for established professionals to deepen leadership education and development. It runs as a 2-month program designed for a cohort of 3-4 fellows, combining collaborative design and delivery of sessions with independent work, reflection, and professional exploration. Participants develop a Professional Development Plan and engage with a network of scholars, professionals, and program staff throughout the fellowship.

Open to established professionals with a leadership track record and international experience; applicants should have a minimum of 10 years of progressive professional experience and be committed to leadership education and development.
