Advocacy Officer

The VOICE EU Advocacy Officer is a 12-month fixed-term position based in Brussels, focused on localisation and locally led humanitarian responses within EU policy. The role involves policy advocacy, stakeholder engagement, partnership building, and resource mobilisation, with a focus on engaging Global South networks in Brussels and EU institutions. The start date is 2027-01-04, and applications are sought from professionals with humanitarian-sector experience and relevant academic qualifications.

A university degree in a relevant field and at least three years of humanitarian-sector experience. Fluency in English and knowledge of EU institutions are required; experience with advocacy, partnerships, donor engagement or resource mobilisation is preferred.
