NYC Ladders for Leaders

NYC Ladders for Leaders is a paid professional summer internship program run by the NYC Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD) for high school and college students in New York City. It provides pre-employment training before placement with corporations, nonprofits, and government agencies. The program targets rising seniors and college students ages 16 to 24 who are legally able to work in the United States and have prior work experience.
