NVIDIA Graduate Fellowship Program 2025-2026

The NVIDIA Graduate Fellowship Program invites PhD students to submit research proposals for consideration. It provides funding for research projects and includes access to NVIDIA resources and a mandatory in-person summer internship before the fellowship year. Recipients are selected based on academic achievement, professor nominat ion, and research area, with emphasis on topics related to artificial intelligence, robotics, autonomous vehicles, and related fields.

PhD students who have completed at least the first year of PhD studies, are enrolled full-time during the 2025-2026 academic year, and are conducting active research as part of their PhD thesis. Applicants should be pursuing majors in computer science, computer engineering, system architecture, electrical engineering, or related areas.

Submit research summary/proposal, CV, letters of nomination (2 minimum), and confirmation of availability for the in-person internship via the provided portal before the deadline.
