Making Sense of Microaggressions is a one-hour interactive workshop for early career researchers, based on the book by Susan Cousins and Barry Diamond. The session covers how microaggressions occur, their impact and strategies to respond, and provides resources to develop cultural competency. It is organised for members of the Learned Society of Wales Early Career Researchers Network.
