Azubi-Stipendium (Talente in der Beruflichen Bildung, Hans-Böckler-Stiftung)

The Azubi-Stipendium of the Hans-Böckler-Stiftung is a three-year scholarship programme for apprentices (Auszubildende) with above-average vocational competencies. It provides a monthly allowance and a modular educational programme covering cross-occupational skills, democracy, sustainability and career development. The programme includes weekend events (online and in-person), mentoring, networking and an opportunity for a four-week stay in San Francisco with language courses. Travel costs for programme events are covered by the foundation.

Apprentices in a recognised vocational training occupation under the BBiG, HwO, a federally regulated health profession or an equivalent regionally regulated vocational occupation who are at the end of their first or at the beginning of their second year of apprenticeship.

Self-application via an online form after registration on myboeckler; requires an assessor competence statement uploaded by the apprentice's trainer; selection includes a preliminary review and an in-person selection weekend in Düsseldorf.
