NOVIAN and VITP named scholarships

The NOVIAN and VITP named scholarships are financial awards granted to authors of the best scientific research works by young researchers participating in the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences’ annual young scientists conference "Interdisciplinary Research in Physical and Technological Sciences." The scholarships support research and the practical application of results in fields such as quantum technologies, defence and space applications, high-performance computing, cybersecurity and information technologies. The awards are funded by NOVIAN and by VšĮ Visorių informacinių technologijų parkas (VITP) and are given to winners of designated contest categories at the conference.

Monetary awards from the NOVIAN fund (5,000 EUR) and the VITP fund (3,000 EUR), paid as named scholarships to winners.

The scholarships are awarded to authors of the best recognised scientific research works — young scientists who participate in the annual LMA young scientists conference "Interdisciplinary Research in Physical and Technological Sciences."

Selection is via the conference competition — scholarships are awarded to authors of the best scientific research works presented at the annual LMA young scientists conference.
