Autumn & Spring School: Ways to Sustainable Agriculture

The Autumn & Spring School is a cohort-style programme convened by the Alfred Toepfer Stiftung F.V.S. that explores pathways to future-capable agriculture. It brings together young people in agricultural training, students and recent graduates, and adjacent fields such as environmental and landscape management for thematic impulses, workshops and outdoor learning. The programme includes practitioner case studies, peer exchange and reflection on change initiatives and levers for transformation. The edition series runs from Autumn to Spring and was scheduled to finish with its fifth cohort in 2026.

Programmatic inputs including expert impulses, workshops, outdoor sessions, practitioner case studies and networking opportunities.

Open to young people in agricultural training (from apprentices to students and recent graduates), participants from adjacent fields (environment/nature conservation, landscape management) and to teachers, trainers and lecturers.
