The Acad. Nicolae Cajal Excellence Scholarship is a competitive scientific fellowship in the field of medical sciences. It supports researchers based in Romanian institutes and universities who carry out outstanding scientific projects. The initiative is run jointly by the Romanian Academy and the Alfa Foundation for Health and Education to raise the public prestige of research in Romania.

Eligibility

Researchers from Romanian institutes and universities conducting exceptional scientific projects in the medical sciences are eligible to apply.
