Perspective și evoluții în principiile fundamentale ale procedurii civile

A national conference on civil procedure titled "Perspective și evoluții în principiile fundamentale ale procedurii civile" organised by the Institutul de Cercetări Juridice „Acad. Andrei Rădulescu”. The event brings together magistrates, university staff, lawyers and researchers from Romania and abroad to discuss historical roots, recent reforms and trends in civil procedure, including digitalisation and European harmonisation. Sessions are structured into six thematic sections and include presentations by invited professors and practitioners. The conference will be held onsite at the institute and transmitted online.

Participants include magistrates, university staff, lawyers, researchers, representatives of judicial institutions, doctoral students and practitioners in the field of law.
