Sesiune de comunicări științifice „Principiile constituționale fundamentale și reflectarea lor în ramurile sistemului juridic românesc“

A one-day scientific communications session on fundamental constitutional principles and their reflection across branches of the Romanian legal system. The session is organized by the Institutul de Cercetări Juridice „Acad. Andrei Rădulescu“ of the Romanian Academy and forms part of its annual series of scientific communications. It brings together legal researchers and practitioners to discuss doctrinal, normative and jurisprudential aspects of constitutionalisation of law.
