Premi de Didàctica de la Història de la Ciència i de la Tècnica

The prize recognises teaching initiatives and educational materials produced by teachers to support the didactic use of the history of science and technology for primary, compulsory secondary (ESO) and post-compulsory secondary (baccalaureate and vocational training) levels. Submissions must be original, in Catalan, and include evidence of the proposal's effective development in the classroom. The award carries a monetary endowment and a diploma, and the jury is appointed by the Societat Catalana d'Història de la Ciència i de la Tècnica (SCHCT).

500 € cash prize and a diploma; possible publication of the awarded summary on the SCHCT website and potential recommendation for publication in the journal Actes d'Història de la Ciència i de la Tècnica.

Teachers of primary education, compulsory secondary education (ESO) and post-compulsory secondary education (baccalaureate and vocational training) from the Països Catalans may participate; works must be original and submitted in Catalan.

Submit anonymously via the online form on the IEC website, attaching the PDF of the work, a summary (max. 6,000 characters) and an authorship letter; send the signed submission receipt to premis@iec.cat.
