Premi per a publicació en ciències biològiques (Societat Catalana de Biologia)

An award for the authors of a scientific publication that has made a significant contribution to the advancement of biological sciences. Eligible publications must have been carried out mainly in the territories of the Catalan language and published between 2025-01-01 and 2025-12-31 in an international journal indexed in the Web of Science. The first author (or one of the first co-authors) and a senior author must be affiliated to an institution located in Catalan-language territory. The prize includes a monetary award, commemorative gift and a subscription benefit; runners-up prizes and a diploma may also be awarded.

€1,200 main prize; up to two €100 runner-up prizes; commemorative gift; one-year free subscription to the Societat Catalana de Biologia; diploma.

Authors responsible for a scientific publication in the biological sciences carried out mainly in Catalan-language territories and published between 1 January and 31 December 2025; only articles in an international Web of Science-indexed journal will be considered. The first author (or one of the first co-authors) and a senior author must be affiliated to an institution located in Catalan-language territory.
