Premi de la Societat Catalana de Física per a treball de fi de màster

A prize awarded to a master's final project (TFM) with a strong physics content, carried out by students from universities in the Catalan-language territories. Submissions must be original works, written in Catalan, English or any other language official at the university where presented; a Catalan summary is required if the work is not in Catalan. The jury is appointed by the Board of the Societat Catalana de Física and may award up to two additional runner-up prizes.

Monetary award (€1,500 for the main prize; €750 for each accèssit) and a diploma; winners must adapt the work for publication in Revista de Física.

University students and graduates who have defended a master's final project (TFM) during the 2025–2026 academic year at universities of the Catalan-language territories; the work must have physics as its primary content.

Submit applications electronically via the IEC web form with required documents (PDF of the work, Catalan summary if applicable, supplementary documents, supervisor's letter, grade certificate, copy of ID); send the signed receipt of the online submission to premis@iec.cat.
