Premis per a treballs de recerca de batxillerat en química

A competition awarding prizes for high-school (batxillerat) research projects in which chemistry plays a major role. Submitted projects must be written in Catalan and are evaluated for quality, originality, experimental work and difficulty. Awards include cash prizes, honorable mentions, diplomas for winners and tutors, and laboratory material for the winners' schools. The jury is appointed by the Societat Catalana de Química (SCQ).

Cash prizes (two × €300; two × €150), diploma for winners and tutors, laboratory material for winners' schools valued at €250, and possible non-monetary mentions.

Research projects completed and graded during the 2026-2027 academic year for batxillerat; projects must be written in Catalan. Each project must have a tutor report (signed) indicating a minimum grade of 9. No more than three projects may be submitted per educational centre.

Submit candidacies online via the IEC web form with the project in Word or PDF and a signed tutor report (PDF); the web submission receipt must be sent signed to premis@iec.cat. File size limit 100 MB per file.
