Biennial Prize for Best Bachelor's or Master's Thesis in the History of Education

A biennial prize established in 2022 for the best undergraduate (TFG) or master's (TFM) thesis in the history of education. Eligible works must be unpublished and written in Catalan. The prize includes a monetary award and may lead to the publication of an abstract in the society's journal. The jury is appointed by the Societat d'Història de l'Educació dels Països de Llengua Catalana (SHE).

Cash prize of €1,000; possibility to publish an abstract of the winning work in the journal Educació i Història.

University students and graduates who defended their bachelor's (TFG) or master's (TFM) thesis during the 2024-2025 or 2025-2026 academic years. Works must be unpublished, written in Catalan, and accompanied by a university certificate showing presentation and a grade of at least 8/10; previously awarded or funded works are ineligible.

Submit the thesis in PDF by email along with author details (name, ID, phone, postal and email addresses) and a university certificate of thesis presentation and grade to she@iec.cat.
