Research Scholarship in Food Science (Scienza dell'Alimentazione)

A 12-month research scholarship funding a project in Food Science focused on the principles and implications of correct nutrition for young dancers of the Accademia Teatro alla Scala. The call is issued jointly by Fondazione Giuseppina MAI di Confindustria and Fondazione Bracco and is linked to the project “Un'alimentazione sana e completa dei giovani atleti – artisti”. The research is to be defined and conducted in collaboration with Centro Diagnostico Italiano.
