Information

The Inclusive Leadership Mentoring Program is a cohort-based mentoring programme that supports women working in the health and medical sciences to progress into senior leadership roles. The program offers structured mentor–mentee relationships, inclusive leadership workshops, and a national alumni network. It includes virtual workshop delivery and travel grants to support participation from regional and remote areas. The program will be scaled nationally from 2026 with delivery across multiple Australian states and territories.

Eligibility
