Leading Systemic Change

Leading Systemic Change is a multi-session leadership development programme for senior and experienced leaders of mid- to large-scale cultural organisations. Participants bring a live organisational change challenge and work with peers and experienced practitioners to develop strategies for navigating complexity. The programme includes residential sessions, practical tools and coaching to support organisational change work. It is open to applicants in the UK and internationally.

Tuition and course materials for residentials, accommodation, meals and refreshments during residentials, two coaching sessions with an organisational partner, TalentSage assessment tool, access support for D/deaf, disabled or neurodivergent attendees and carers support up to £75 per day toward caring costs.

Open to senior and experienced leaders of mid- to large-scale cultural organisations; organisations with fewer than 10 staff are not eligible. The programme is open to applicants in the UK and internationally.
