Endeavor

Endeavor is a team-based research funding programme administered by The Mark Foundation for Cancer Research that supports basic, translational, and clinical projects addressing urgent scientific questions in cancer. Projects are expected to be multi–investigator efforts whose sub-projects are integrated or shared to produce impact larger than the sum of individual contributions. Teams must include one Principal Investigator and 2–8 co-Principal Investigators and are encouraged to include diverse disciplines and seniority levels. Proposed projects must not be supported by other sources of funding and should address substantial unmet needs in any type of cancer.

Applicants must hold an independent faculty appointment (tenure-track or equivalent) at a non-profit academic or research institution. There are no restrictions on citizenship or geography; an investigator may serve as PI on only one proposal and may be co-PI or collaborator on multiple proposals.
