Generación Pro(f)e

Generación Pro(f)e is a free professional development programme for young teachers from Spain and Latin America focused on training, innovation and leadership. It offers a modular experience to strengthen leadership, socio-educational skills, educational innovation and the use of educational technology. Participants can learn from specialists and peers, develop projects to improve their educational environment and join a community of young educators. Completing the programme and meeting requirements can grant a 3 ECTS micro-credential issued by the Universidad Internacional de La Rioja (UNIR).

Free training modules, professional development, networking with specialists and peers, and eligibility to receive a 3 ECTS micro-credential from UNIR upon completion and meeting requirements.

Young teachers aged between 20 and 30 years from Spain and Latin America who are in the process of professional exploration and development in the teaching field.
