GiTalent

GiTalent is a professional and personal development programme run by the Fundación Princesa de Girona that supports young people from the province of Girona with leadership and employability development. The programme includes mentorship with professionals from leading companies, a master's in Artificial Intelligence, attendance to high-value events such as Mobile World Congress, and participation in exclusive leadership and entrepreneurship campuses. It combines training in AI, mentoring, networking, competency analysis and career guidance. Participants are expected to attend mandatory sessions and engage in the foundation's activities.

Applicants must be aged between 20 and 25, reside in the province of Girona, and be studying or have studied a university degree, a master's degree or a higher vocational training programme. Applicants must be committed to learning, complete the registration form and attend at least 80% of mandatory sessions.
