My First AIRC Grant (MFAG)

My First AIRC Grant (MFAG) is a five-year research grant programme for early-career researchers in the field of oncology who have never previously received AIRC funding. Projects are hosted in Italian research institutions and are selected through an international peer-review process based on cancer relevance, innovativeness and feasibility. The grant funds research costs, the salary of the grant holder and the salary of two staff positions dedicated to the project. Projects are cohort-based and have a typical duration of five years.
