Tekniksprånget

Tekniksprånget offers young adults in Sweden a four-month paid engineering internship with employers across the country. The programme is run by the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA) and aims to give practical work experience and inspire participants to choose engineering at university level. Internships are offered twice a year, in autumn and spring, with placements at a range of companies and organisations. Over its operation the programme has placed participants at many employers nationwide.

Four months' paid work experience with an engineering employer, practical skills and workplace exposure that supports progression to higher education in engineering.

Applicants must be between 18 and 20 years old and have completed the science or engineering programme at upper secondary school.
