Cayx-legatet

The Cayx-legatet is a grant programme administered by Det Kongelige Danske Videnskabernes Selskab on behalf of Dronning Margrethe og Prins Henriks Fond to support humanistic research and studies in France. It awards a main grant for an established researcher requiring a longer research stay in France, and several study grants for master’s and PhD students for shorter study stays. Grants are awarded within a total sum of up to 200,000 DKK, with the main grant being 100,000 DKK and study grants between 15,000 and 40,000 DKK.

Grants are for projects within the humanities requiring stays in France. Bachelor students are not eligible. The main grant is for a researcher with documented academic activity; study grants are for master’s and PhD students.
