Atlantic Fellows for Racial Equity

The Atlantic Fellows for Racial Equity is a cohort-based fellowship that supports accomplished leaders to uncover and address the root causes of racial inequality and to engage in strategic, long-term collaborative work for transformative social change. The programme offers leadership development, community building, design labs and narrative-change activities to strengthen fellows' personal development and capacity. Fellows work in partnership with organisations and communities to implement projects and influence policy and public narratives.
