ReThink.CEE Fellowship

The ReThink.CEE Fellowship is a year-long non-resident policy research fellowship for next-generation policy experts, innovators, and thought leaders focused on Central and Eastern Europe. Fellows research a specific regional policy issue, produce a comprehensive policy paper, and receive professional development through workshops, mentorship, and access to GMF networks. The programme selects up to a dozen fellows annually on a competitive basis and supports their policy impact regionally and internationally.

Stipend, travel funds, research funds, two workshops on policy research and writing, mentorship/guidance from GMF staff, cooperation with GMF offices and networks, assistance with media exposure.

Targeted at next-generation policy experts, innovators, and thought leaders in Central and Eastern Europe.

Competitive selection process; applicants submit materials to be reviewed for selection (exact application steps not stated).
