START MBA/MPA

The START MBA/MPA is a scholarship programme that offers partial funding for full-time MBA or MPA/MPP degrees at selected top universities in the United States and Europe. Scholarships are awarded based on candidate ranking in the selection process and demonstrated financial need. Recipients are expected, after completing their studies and returning to the labour market, to repay an amount equivalent to what they received to sustain the programme's fund.

Partial financial support toward the master's degree (amount varies by candidate and need).

Applicants must already have an offer of admission to a full-time MBA or MPA/MPP at one of the listed universities in the US or Europe, be Brazilian, demonstrate financial need, never have participated in previous Instituto Ling selection dynamics, and ensure the course start date is by February 1 of the year following the scholarship award. MPA applicants must also submit a short essay responding to a specified question.

Two-stage online application form with personal/professional information and document uploads including a 60–90s video, photo, one-page CV, personal statement, recommendation letter, university acceptance letter, GMAT/GRE/EA results, application materials, financial cost map, tax declarations and other required documents.
