The Barbara Huber Scholarship Program is an international residency hosted by the Max Planck Institute for the Study of Crime, Security and Law (CSL) in Freiburg, Germany. It supports doctoral candidates, postdocs, and senior academics to conduct research in the institute's departments and participate in colloquia and workshops.
