John D. Baxter Prize for Entrepreneurship

The John D. Baxter Prize for Entrepreneurship recognizes extraordinary achievement in bringing an idea, product, service, or process to market that elevates the field of endocrinology and positively impacts patient health. The biennial recipient receives a $50,000 award, the John D. Baxter Medal for Entrepreneurship, and is presented the award at the Endocrine Society's annual meeting (ENDO). Teams are eligible with one lead nominee designated.

Nominees must have demonstrated scientific innovation leading to development of new products, techniques or approaches in endocrinology and must be established career scientists and/or clinicians. Teams are eligible; self-nominations are accepted; nominees need not be Endocrine Society members.
