ASEAN Scholarship Program for Cambodia 2026 Cohort

The ASEAN Scholarship for Cambodia identifies and supports high-potential Cambodian students to enter Singapore’s secondary schools and junior colleges, starting from the Secondary 3 level. The program lasts four years and leads to the Singapore-Cambridge GCE A-Level qualification, with a focus on academic and personal development. Scholars live in hostels and participate in school life across Singapore and other ASEAN countries.

Yearly living stipend, hostel accommodation, arrival grant, return airfare, full school fees, O-Level and A-Level exam fees (where applicable), medical benefits and comprehensive insurance.

Applicants should be Cambodian nationals born between January 2, 2010, and January 1, 2013, proficient in English and with strong academic records; they must have completed at least Grade 10 of upper secondary education and have studied English in Grade 10.
