The Master Mind Scholarship for Master’s Programmes in Belgium 2026-2027

The Master Mind Scholarship is awarded by the Flemish Ministry of Education and Training to outstanding students from around the world for master's programmes in Flanders and Brussels. It provides a grant of €10,225 per academic year plus a tuition fee waiver; the duration is one academic year for 60 ECTS master’s programmes or two academic years for 120 ECTS programmes. Some tuition fees may still be charged by the host institution up to the lowest rate applicable to local students with a study grant from the Flemish government.
