EUREKA Network Türkiye–Spain 2026 Call

The EUREKA Network Türkiye–Spain 2026 Call is a bilateral funding call to support joint R&D projects involving companies from Türkiye and Spain under the EUREKA Programme. It funds market-oriented projects with commercialisation potential through TÜBİTAK's 1509 – International Industrial R&D Projects Programme. The call is open to projects in all thematic areas, with particular encouragement for smart manufacturing and industrial digitalisation, energy and smart infrastructure, smart mobility and logistics, and agri-food.

Support for joint industrial R&D projects aimed at developing market-oriented products, processes and services with commercialisation potential under TÜBİTAK 1509.

A company established in Türkiye as a capital company may submit a joint project application in collaboration with at least one company from Spain. Universities and research institutes may not apply directly but may participate as service providers.

Two-stage process: (1) international stage — all partners complete and submit the EUREKA project application form online; (2) Turkish participants submit a preliminary application to TÜBİTAK 1509 and, if eligible, a national application under the 1509 programme. Submission is online.
